By hand-selecting 7-8 year-old agave plants, this tequila brand ensures the finest quality of their product. The agave piñas are then slow-cooked in traditional steam ovens to preserve the natural agave flavor, while ensuring ideal conditions for mashing. Following the 3-day cooking process, the piñas are allowed to cool for 2-3 days before being mashed and distilled.
To achieve the perfect balance of flavors, the tequila is then aged in American oak barrels, resulting in a beautiful rich amber color. Finally, the tequila is carefully decanted into a heavyweight solid ceramic bottle, making it a true work of art.
