Filey Bay STR Finish Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky 750ml Batch 2

Crafted in 2016 using a ‘field to bottle’ approach, this single malt whiskey was aged for several years in bourbon casks before being transferred for finishing in red wine barriques that were shaved, toasted, and re-charred. These barriques were sourced from sunny Rioja vineyards in Spain. Featuring a light and floral profile, this drink exhibits multiple layers of summer berries and vanilla ice cream. The sweetness and oaky spiciness are reminiscent of a superb glass of Spanish red wine.
