Old Grand-Dad Bicentennial Decanter was bottled 1976 to celebrate the bicentenary of the founding of America. In presentation box with decanter glass stopper. Reproduced from an early Pennsylvanian decanter. 4/5 quart. 86 US proof. Level base of neck. Some wear to box, decanter in excellent condition. US Government Tax Seal in tact.
Bottom of bottle reads: 1776 Bicentennial 1976. Gold label on front read Old Grand-Dad Bicentennial Decanter Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Distilled and Bottled by the Old Grand Dad Distillery Co. Frankfort Kentucky. Etched American Eagle on the back of the decanter.
