Suntory’s Toki is a harmonious blend of whisky from three of their distinguished distilleries – Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita. The result is a smooth and sweet blend, accompanied by a zesty citrus character and a spicy finale. Despite being light-bodied, it is a whisky that can be savored with ease. The aroma is a tantalizing mix of ripe apples, vanilla, pear, walnut, and green tea. On the palate, one can relish chewy notes of shortbread and marshmallow. With a little ice, a delicate floral quality surfaces, and hints of peach, nectarine, and white chocolate, along with a hint of smoke. The finish is subtly warming with a lingering fruity sweetness.
